Molinari Sambuca is their most popular product, it's an anise-flavoured liqueur that is typically served as a digestif. The original recipe of Molinari Sambuca is a closely guarded secret, but it is known to be made with a blend of star anise, liquorice, and other herbs and spices. Molinari also produces a variety of other Amari, including Molinari Extra and Molinari Caffè.
